Our brewers spend a lot of time traveling around hop farms in the northwest and bringing in hops from around the world to select the best of the best. The limited release IPA Factory showcases these masterful grown buds of magic.
Our latest and greatest IPA was developed by Head Brewer, Patrick Raasch. This hop bomb was brewed with foolish amounts of our favorite hand-selected hop varieties. A solid malt backbone supports a bold hop character reminiscent of resinous evergreen, freshly zested ruby red grapefruit, and spiced blueberry jam.

This internationally-themed India Pale Ale takes you from Nelson, NZ to Yakima, WA with a punchy hop blend. Appropriately bitter, with notes of spicy tangerine zest, fresh pineapple juice, and wild gooseberry pie. A hint of pungent diesel ties everything together for a bright finish.

Escape is our homage to the classic West Coast India Pale Ales of San Diego. This brew is crisp, dry, and moderately bitter with a light malt backbone. Hop character is bold, hitting those classic notes of fresh cut evergreen, winter citrus marmalade, and top shelf cannabis.

We applied science to this India Pale Ale with a combination of CO2 hop extract, hop pellets and Cryo hops. This tasty brew lands on the dank side with pungent notes of damp evergreen, wafting cannabis, and peppered tangerine.

This bold India Pale Ale showcases the crown jewel of the hop world, New Zealand’s finest, Nelson Sauvin. Perhaps the world’s most sought-after hop, this beer utilizes three unique lots of Nelson Sauvin. When combined with our hand selected Chinook hops, they produce exotic flavors of sauvignon blanc grapes, crushed gooseberries, and ruby red grapefruit.

We’re bringing you the greatest hop hits of the 70s, 80s, and 90s! This India Pale AleIndia Pale Ale is old school in design with a firm bitterness and a notable crystal malt flavor. Hop character is pungent and floral, with spicy grapefruit, orange, and tangerine notes.
