Deseo is a nod to the classic pale lagers of Latin America.  German immigrants brought their old-world brewing traditions to the Americas in the early 1900s and created wonderful, easy drinking lagers.  Malt sweetness comes from 2 row malted barley, pilsner malt, and flaked corn.  Hop bitterness is light and hop flavor and aroma are at a very low level.  We used a true Mexican lager yeast in this beer, which generates low levels of sulfur and ferments cleanly.  Salud!

Hops: Czech Saaz

A modern pilsner, utilizing some of our favorite hand selected PNW hops.  The easy drinking crispness of a classic lager blends seamlessly with aggressive kettle hopping, and a generous dry hop of Citra and Strata.  Crisp, fruity, and mildly resinous, the beer presents distinct notes of passionfruit, strawberry blossoms, ruby red grapefruit, and wildflower honey.

5.5% ABV 42 IBU

Bondi Beach Party India Pale Ale is an easy-drinking and refreshing IPA.  Dry hopping during active fermentation creates vibrant notes of mango nectar, ripe passionfruit, Strawberry Kush, and lychee blossoms.  Light-bodied and relatively dry, this tropical IPA is your own Bondi beach party in a glass.

6.4% ABV 50 IBU

Hops: Nugget, Strata, Mosaic, Citra

Our award winning American-style hefeweizen is the perfect ale for after work or after play. A blend of Northwest hops gives this hazy, refreshing wheat beer a crisp finish with pleasant notes of grapefruit and lemon.

5% ABV 20 IBU

Hops: Green Bullet, Cascade, Lemon Drop

Hefty whirlpool and dry hop additions of Citra, Mosaic and Amarillo hops make this award winning pale ale burst with ripe tropical fruit, freshly squeezed citrus and resinous pine. The finish is distinctly clean, crisp and hoppy, with a restrained bitterness.

Our flagship West Coast-style India Pale Ale is brewed with the finest hand selected NW hops – delivering a resinous punch of grapefruit, pine, lemon and a hint of dankness. Well balanced and moderately bitter, this brew finishes crisp and dry.

7% ABV 70 IBU

Hops: Warrior, Cascade, Centennial, Columbus and Simcoe

Rivermark is our interpretation of the world’s original pale lager.  Perfectly balanced, this Czech-style pilsner hits all the right spots.  Bready malt flavors mingle with a spicy and floral hop character.  This beer is light on the palate and perfectly crisp.

5% ABV   30 IBU

Hops:  Nugget, Mt. Hood, Czech Saaz

Milk sugar, cocoa nibs and caramel malt build the rich, full body of this ale, with mild roasted notes coming from three varieties of chocolate malt. Have some dessert today – just make sure it’s served in a glass!
